MLA Tenginkai Slams State Budget

Hubballi: MLA Mahesh Tenginkai has expressed deep disappointment with the budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday.

Mahesh stated that the budget is very disappointing, as it appears to focus on minority appeasement, neglecting all sectors, including the farming community. The government has failed to make any significant announcements for the development of Hubballi-Dharwad, including the regional cancer center.

Tenginkai emphasized that the government has allocated a special package of Rs 200crore for the overall development of the twin cities, but unfortunately, it came very late after repeated requests, he said.
